Shipping Times

• International: 7–15 business days

Shipping times may be longer during holidays or busy seasons.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

Delays

Mochaloom is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers

• Weather conditions

• Customs (for international orders)

• Incorrect shipping information provided by customers

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact the carrier first. You can also email us and we’ll do our best to assist.
